Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
Scheduled visits at OEM-recommended intervals — quarterly, bi-annual, or annual depending on device type and usage. Each visit includes full functional testing, cleaning, lubrication, filter replacement, and calibration check.
Corrective Maintenance & Breakdown Repair
When a fault occurs, our engineers respond within agreed SLA timescales. We diagnose, repair, and verify the device's return to full clinical specification — with all replaced parts documented and a post-repair test certificate issued.
Calibration & Recertification
Using NAFDAC-traceable and internationally calibrated reference instruments, we recertify measurement accuracy for diagnostic devices, monitors, pumps, and analysers. Calibration certificates are valid for accreditation, regulatory inspections, and ISO audits.

Contract Activation & Schedule Setup

Scheduled PPM Visits
